Rona transaction

Charter completed the acquisition of three free-standing retail properties leased to Rona Ontario Inc. on February 23, 2007 as its qualifying transaction. These buildings are located in Exeter, Seaforth and Zurich, Ontario. The aggregate cash purchase price (before closing costs) was $2,065,000.

Collectively, the properties comprise more than 34,000 square feet of finished retail space, with an additional 52,000 square feet of enclosed warehouse space. They are leased to Rona on a net lease basis until 2015.
